I haven’t
committed to collecting Car Go, but I have got some nice cards, The Rockies
outfield is an autograph subject you can afford, his autograph is not the best but it
is consistent.

Mail Daze : #4 Random Vikings Fire
I
have used Mojobreak for many years, almost since they began, and
occasionally I stupidly buy into randoms, I was asleep for this break. And I ended
up with the 1st hit of the break.

Mail Daze : #3 Series One Jumbo
Perhaps the highlight of any baseball
fans year is the release of Topps Series 1 Baseball, Maybe not for the cards.
Maybe it’s the timing, With Pitchers & Catchers reporting & people
looking to MLBtv to see how much this year’s price(s) are.

Mail Daze : #2 Leaf Trinity Treasures Part 2
Following
on from part 1 – View Here
This
time there’s no patches just Autographs,
Some
people don’t like the Pure Glass designs from Leaf Trinity but they are thick, and I’d prefer
patches but INK is cool.

Mail Daze : #2 Leaf Trinity Treasures Part 1
If
you are familiar with group breaks, you may notice Hit Drafts. These are
sometimes done with high end boxes. However a box of 2015 Leaf Trinity Baseball
costs $109. And containing 6 Autographs It’s a fun way to spend $20.

Collecting Issues : #1 Do Printing Plates Have Value?
We
all know that a Topps Printing plate is a 1/1 however there’s 4 colours.
But just how valued are they by collectors?
If I
was to say I’d thought about not chasing a plate for my Clayton Blackburn PC, Would
you think that was wrong?
As it
stands, I have a deal in place on a Plate from an acquaintance, who pulled one.
But looking at some eBay sales, Plates are not that popular?
Currently
there are 3 ungraded Fielder Topps Plates on sale on eBay.
From,
2008
Topps Co-Signers - $14.99 obo
2012 Topps Update - $89.99 obo
2012 Bowman Chrome - $59.99 obo
There
are two for sale on COMC.com,
2014
Topps Tribute - $25
2008 Topps Chrome Trading Card History - $35
There
were two completed sales on eBay,
2012 Topps A&G - $14.99
2015 Topps Archives - $12.50
That’s
an average of $13.75 per plate.
But
with these “One of a Kind Collectibles” Shouldn’t we expect to get $50 plus, the
cost of a low end hobby box?

Ain’t No Love: #1 E Squared
Do
you ever look at card sites or eBay listings and wonder why so cheap?
Some
prospect auto’s go for pennies while others are in triple digits. And the same
comes to current stars.
Edwin
Encarnacion,
College Cards : #1 Kenny Stills Quantum
In
today’s mail was a trade package, some football cards, nothing supremely high
valued. Nothing in particular I wanted. But the guy wanted the cards I sent.
Anyway,
It
got me thinking, how do people think about college cards?

Mail Daze : #1 Colts Museum
So, I tend to avoid big
hits well I did until 2016,
Or
was it the big hits that avoided me?
Anyway
at the price in a half case of 2015 Topps Museum Collection Football, I had the Indianapolis Colts. I figured an Andrew Luck Relic numbered, would be a nice card.
Here’s all 3 cards.
