Perhaps the highlight of any baseball
fans year is the release of Topps Series 1 Baseball, Maybe not for the cards.
Maybe it’s the timing, With Pitchers & Catchers reporting & people
looking to MLBtv to see how much this year’s price(s) are.
I was asleep for this break, and had
said to not bother sending me the base. Well I’m glad I said that because I got
the NL Central, as the breaker is a Cubs fan, he can have my base.
I did okay for my money, I got 7
cards sent to me. Just the notables including a nice hit.
Let’s start off with the none Cub.
Phil Gagliano 1974 Topps #622 – Blue
Stamped?
I believe this is the Blue version which is stated as rare. Looks like a card in this condition would be worth more without the stamp.
Now to the Cubbies:
Kris Bryant Base #350 – Future Stars
Kyle Schwarber Base #66 – Rookie Card
Miguel Montero Base #36 – Rainbow
Foil
Kris Bryant 100 Years at Wrigley
#WRIG1
Anthony Rizzo / Kris Bryant Back2Back
#B2B-2
My Hit is a sweet pull an Autographed
Relic /50.
Anthony Rizzo Postseason Performance
Autograph Relic #PPAR-ARI
These Post season Performance
Autographed Relics are a hard pull, but not as hard as just the Autographed
versions, as those are spread out across retail too. I already have a guy
drooling over this card.
All In all I’m pretty happy.
